  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or product defects within 7 days of delivery.

  • The replacement will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only for damaged or incorrect items and processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
