Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For customized or made-to-order items, additional processing time may apply.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard delivery: 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Express delivery: Available in select locations with 3-5 business days delivery time.

International Shipping

Standard delivery: 10-20 business days, depending on the country.

Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Within India

Free shipping on orders above ₹5000.

A flat shipping fee of ₹500 applies to orders below this threshold.

International Shipping

Shipping rates vary based on destination, package weight, and courier service.

The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items.

  • We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

If the package is held at customs, the customer must complete the necessary procedures to claim it.

If an order is rejected due to unpaid customs charges, refunds will not be issued.
